Your error on PostgreSQL has several possibilities.

Any table in chmph DB has inherits from other table?

I don't know what problem is contribute to that, the inheritance of those tables may be broken. The possibility of breaking catalog table also exist. If the catalog table was broken, it is hard to recover the DB.
