일단 /usr/local/pgsql/bin/initdb 파일에서 아래 부분을 코멘트 처리한후 다시 실행해 보시기 바랍니다.
그리고 ./configure시 //enable_multibyte=EUC_KR로 해 주시면 더 나을것 같네요.
