What you’ll be doing:
We’re looking to hire a bright, driven individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!
You’ll have a major impact in transforming our recruiting organization into a highly data-driven one. You’ll build a strategic partnership with key stakeholders and recruiting teams across the world. Some of the things you’ll own are identifying and benchmarking hiring metrics, maintaining the daily administration of Greenhouse, and managing the implementation of Tableau analytics. You may also be handling data that is confidential in nature, pertaining to positions that reach up to all the way up to the executive level As such, you’ll be expected to demonstrate the utmost integrity and professionalism.

We’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in analytics
- People focused analytics is preferred but not required
- Advanced Excel experience
- 1+ years of experience with Tableau and dashboard creation
- Must be strategic and analytical with a passion for problem solving
- Must be a self-starter who has the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
- Ability to be use discretion and independent judgment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as the company quickly grows
- Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with others
- Bilingual in Korean and English
Nice to have’s:
- Prior experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems
- Experience with HRIS and 3rd party integrations
