2000/11/13 / PostgreSQL v7.0.3 Released The PostgreSQL Global Development Group is proud to
announce the release of PostgreSQL v7.0.3. There have been several fixes in this release, from v7.0.2, but,
being a minor release, there have been *no* changes that will require a dump/restore. For more info and a
