(1) 타이틀 : Solutions Architect (과장급 매니저)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key technical member of the Business Development team in helping to ensure customer success in building applications and services on the AWS platform.
- Scope each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.
- Own each technical engagement, and help ensure a timely and successful delivery of value. (delivery of actual solutions to be done by AWS partners)
Qualifications
- The right person will be highly technical and analytical, possess 5-7 years of current solution architecture (implementation/consulting) experience
- Experience architecting infrastructure solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows with specific recommendations on server, load balancing, HA/DR, & storage architectures.
- Experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions in enterprise customers. AWS specific experience a bonus.
- Experience working within the Enterprise software market or Internet industries is highly desired.
- Enterprise application and database architecture a bonus.
(2) 타이틀 : EAE (Enterprise Account Engineer / 기술지원 대리~차장급)
Responsibilities:
- Fields and resolves support inquiries from Enterprise customers; engaging the worldwide support engineering team as required
- Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customer
- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning
- Champion and advocate for customer requirements within AWS (be their voice)
- Work directly with Amazon Web Service engineers and AWS service teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved as expediently as possible
- Available outside of business hours to manage urgent issues
Qualifications
- The right person will be highly technical, analytical, and possess at least 5 years of troubleshooting/service delivery experience
- Linux and Windows
- Networking (DNS, TCP/IP, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing)
- Programming (Java, Ruby, C#)
- Experience with AWS service offerings (Preferred)
(3) 타이틀 : TAM (Technical Account Manager / 기술지원 대리~차장급)
Responsibilities:
- Assigned to Enterprise Accounts and acts as a single point of contact
- Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customer
- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning
- Make recommendations on how new AWS offerings fit in the company architecture
- Participate in customer requested meetings (onsite or via phone)
Qualifications
- Systems administration (Linux and/or Windows)
- Networking (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing)
- Programming / scripting (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
- The right person will be highly technical and analytical, possess 5-7 years of implementation / consulting experience
