LA에 있는  Server Developer를 구인하고 있습니다.

약 50명의 IT개발자 중 지금 현재 6명의 한국 사람이 일하고 있고, 영주권 신청은 최고의 전문 변호사 회사를 통해서 지원해 주고 있습니다. 근무 분위기도 자유롭고 좋은 편입니다.

이번에 3명을 추가로 뽑아야 하는 상황입니다.  1분 정도는 실력있는 한국분을 뽑을 수 있으면 좋을텐데. DB를 하는 분이 별로 없는 것 같더군요.

Skills: MSSQL 2005/2008, DB Design, Tuning & Optimization , Advanced T-sql programming, SSIS, SSAS, SQL Server Administration etc.

Requirements 
- have excellent problem solving & analytical skill 
- have in-depth knowledge of DBMS Internals 
- be well versed with various data modeling techniques. 
- have hands on experience in designing and implementing database solutions. 
- be comfortable with writing complex & optimized SQL queries for MS SQL 2005 / 2008. 
- have strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
- be a self starter, motivated, deadline oriented and a quick grasper. 
- have a Bachelors degree in Engineering, MIS or related field. 
- have 4+ years of experience with MSSQL

JOB RESPONSIBILITY 
- Work with Business Analysts to gather requirements. 
- Design, develop and maintain OLTP and reporting applications. 
- T-SQL Programming (e.g. stored procedures, functions, triggers)
- Database Objects Design (e.g. tables, views, indexes, constraints, partitions)
- ETL Programming (SSIS / BusinessObjects)
- Ensure integrity, reliability & quality of data. 
- Troubleshoot production performance issues.
