isql / bcp 명령같은 것을 치면

아래 에러 메세지가 쭉 올라 옵니다.

사이베이스는 처음이라서 무엇이 문제 인지 모르겠습니다.

세팅이 안된거 같긴 한데 어떻게 해줘야 하는지 모르겠습니다.
